Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for managing production lines.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for optimum utilization of manpower.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting in the sewing line.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for increasing productivity in the sewing line by employee motivation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for resolving conflict between line management and workers.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring production report (Frequently).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for implementing lean management and WIP Monitoring.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring 5S.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring KPI.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
