Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 24 years
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Business Administration.
Certification in Production Planning, Lean Manufacturing, or ERP systems (preferred).
Minimum 8 years in RMG production planning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience factories within CEPZ or similar zones preferred.
Strong command of production planning tools and ERP system.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
Problem-solving decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of buyer and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and monitor master production schedules based on order forecasts and capacity.
Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure alignment with buyer T&A (Time & Action) calendars and production milestones.
Lead daily production planning meetings and issue actionable plans.
Maintain planning dashboards and performance trackers.
Collaborate with fabric and accessories teams for raw material readiness.
Ensure compliance with CEPZ regulations and internal SOPs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and production efficiency.
