Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
∎ Coordinating production activities to meet customer deadlines and maintain inventory levels.
∎ Managing resources (materials, labor, equipment) effectively to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Ensuring there is minimal downtime and resolving any resource shortages or issues.
∎ Managing production costs and ensuring the department stays within budget.
∎ Identifying or discovering cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or production efficiency.
∎ Analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Implementing lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
∎ Ensuring products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes and conducting regular inspections.
∎ Overseeing inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
∎ Collaborating with procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
∎ Managing production teams and ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
∎ Generating production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing production data.
∎ Documenting production activities and maintaining accurate records for future reference.
∎ Addressing and resolving production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, delays, or quality concerns, quickly and effectively.
∎ Reporting to the operation headUphold company policies and regulations as set by HR and Admin.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
