Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree with CA/CMA Qualified or degree in Operation Management/ Industrial and Production Engineering from reputed educational institute preferably IBA(DU), BUET, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting strategic plan in coordination with business forecast.
∎ Keep close relation with marketing team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory
∎ Keep monitoring on production planning, material planning and machinery planning. Finding opportunities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Follow up day to day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
∎ Follow-up industrial engineering functions and systems
∎ Follow-up shipment dispatch with finishing department.
∎ Keep monitoring on cost cutting and possible ways where production cost can be minimized and goes for it.
∎ Provide training to motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas.
∎ Ensuring smooth flow of information and material from one department to another. Resolving inter-departmental issues if there is any.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Having 08-12 years working experience.
∎ Should have strong negotiation, motivational and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent Leadership and people management skills.
∎ Ability to analyze and work independently.
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
