- Bachelor’s/Master’s in any discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Textile/ Apparel Merchandising will get preferred).

- Age 35 to 40 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Managerial post.
- Experience in lingerie & activewear will be preferred.
- Employees who live in Chattogram or are interested in getting shifted to Chattogram are only encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle bulk orders and sampling with customers.
- Read and follow tech packs/technical sheets.
- Prepare cost sheets and negotiate prices with buyers.
- Work with overseas suppliers for raw material sourcing.
- Develop new products with fabric mills and trim suppliers.
- Follow up lab dips/sample approvals as per CP/T&A.
- Manage product development and commercial documentation (imports & exports).
- Track critical path/T&A from development to shipment.
- Work closely with production, quality, and packing teams to ensure timely shipment.
- Develop and manage lingerie and activewear product lines from concept to shipment.
- Interpret and execute detailed tech packs for bras, panties and activewear.
- Ensure accurate pattern development and fit approvals for intimate garments.
- Coordinate fabric sourcing for stretch, lace, mesh, and performance materials.
- Oversee color, print, and trim development specific to lingerie and sportswear aesthetics.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards for delicate fabrics and elastic components.
- Manage size set and pre-production sample approvals for lingerie and activewear.
- Collaborate with design teams to introduce innovative styles and seasonal collections.
- Negotiate pricing and lead time with suppliers for specialty fabrics and trims.
- Track production timelines to meet buyer delivery schedules for intimate apparel
