∎ JOB PURPOSE: In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies for BRAC Skills Development Programme (SDP). You will lead the project BRAC ISD Online and supervise its marketing and operations teams and set yearly and quarterly targets for enrollment, graduation, inclusion and cost recovery. This position will link with BISD offline and career hub to assess which target group can take 100% online courses.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the operations and marketing teams of BRAC ISD Online towards meeting project's yearly and quarterly targets for enrolment, graduation, inclusion and cost recovery.
∎ Manage ongoing relationships and communications with all external partners/ vendors (training partners, marketing agencies, production houses etc.) for BRAC ISD.
∎ Act as the key marketing focal for BRAC SDP and closely work with SDP's business development, research and communication teams to create and update project briefs, raising funds, being updated on the labour market demands.
∎ Ensure quality assurance, data integrity and accuracy, and quarterly achievements of annual targets of BRAC ISD Online operations.
∎ Guide the research focal to set short term and long-term goals, pricing strategies, designing and developing new products, conducting training need assessments, evaluating whether the course curriculums continue to be market relevant and selecting appropriate communication channels for BRAC ISD.
∎ Lead the process innovations to reduce wait time, ease scheduled monitoring, speed up learner management processes and meet organisation's KPIs.
∎ Lead market research in terms of competitor's analysis, social media strategies, market trends, website responsiveness, Facebook page quality, campaign effectiveness and industry best practices.
∎ Supervise SDP's content development process including brainstorming, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, vetting and providing feedback, both in terms of in-house work and outsourcing via marketing agency.
∎ Lead the media planning for BRAC ISD Online in terms of promotional strategies, platform selections, media budget and query management.
∎ Supervise the digital marketing efforts in terms of identifying channels and justifications, SEO and analytics, newsletters and promotional mails and leads compilation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on different marketing strategies, digital marketing, content development, Ed-Tech and project management activities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
∎ Minimum 04 years of work experience, preferably in the development sector and leading a marketing team
