• Minimum 10 years of experience in sewing machine maintenance within the RMG industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of different sewing machine types and their functions.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial sewing machines.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical maintenance operations across factory facilities and production units.

• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively.

• Monitor machine performance, downtime, and operational efficiency regularly.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of production machinery and mechanical utilities.

• Coordinate breakdown maintenance activities and ensure quick troubleshooting support.

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor execution compliance.

• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.

• Analyze root causes of mechanical failures and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Utility teams for operational continuity.

• Ensure implementation of engineering SOPs, safety standards, and preventive controls.

• Monitor energy efficiency and support cost reduction initiatives related to mechanical operations.

• Lead technical training and development programs for mechanical team members.

• Maintain engineering reports, maintenance records, machine history, and MIS updates.

• Support factory expansion, infrastructure development, and engineering projects.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and operational performance.
