• Strong knowledge of audit principles and risk management.

• Analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Understanding of internal control frameworks.

• Data analysis and reporting capability (Excel / MIS tools).

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Communication and report writing skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Conduct process audits across knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and related departments.

• Evaluate compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and best practices.

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and non-value-added activities.

• Analyze workflow, line balancing, and production methods.

• Conduct time study, motion study, and work measurement analysis.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Prepare audit reports, findings, and improvement recommendations.

• Track process KPIs such as efficiency, utilization, rejection rate, and throughput.

• Coordinate with IE, Production, Quality, and Planning teams for process improvement.

• Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMV optimization, etc.).

• Analyze root causes of defects, delays, and productivity loss.

• Assist in standardization of processes and documentation.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain process audit records and MIS.

• Support management with data-driven insights for operational decision-making.
