Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment machinery,
∎ • Ensure monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery
∎ • supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing,
∎ • List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment’s and machinery
∎ • Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ • Rectify major problems of any M/C within shortest possible time and solve the same
∎ • Organize and prepare factories for facing different audit
∎ • Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.
∎ • Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Skills Required: Garments Production, Good knowledge of machine maintenance, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Sewing Machine Maintenance
∎ • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
