Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any local or foreign reputed university
∎ Or Diploma in Plastic/ Packaging technology with relevant experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisor of Production Team
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machinery
∎ Knowledge of lamination
∎ Achieving the planned/target production
∎ Finished Goods material management
∎ Ensure safety standards in the respective production unit
∎ Ensure quality standards in the respective production unit
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled)
∎ Manage the operations (manufacturing and maintenance) of the factory - including Raw and
∎ Solvent base & solvent less Lamination process & troubleshooting
∎ Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all equipment
∎ Ensure usages of Aluminium Foil with correct specification for desired product
∎ Ensure ZERO/set wastage level
∎ Ability to handle any trouble-shooting individually & capable to handle multiple tasks
∎ Production report (Plan / Actual / Variance)
∎ Technical efficiency report, (Wastage Report, Statistical QC Report)
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Similar Industry.
∎ Operating duplex laminator (Preferably Cerutti)
∎ Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Must have computer literacy, conversant with MS Office, ERP software, Auto CAD and relevant engineering software's
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
