Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with FSSL objectives for effective capture, organization, and sharing of field insights
∎ Facilitate collection and documentation of field data, case studies, and success stories, especially focusing on disability inclusion and women’s empowerment
∎ Design tools and processes to streamline documentation efforts in collaboration with project teams, ensuring compliance with ISCG guidelines and SDG alignment
∎ Conduct frequent field visits to various camps to monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve project objectives
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports, summaries, briefs, and reviews highlighting findings, trends, and innovations
∎ Support donor and stakeholder reporting needs with clear, impactful content that effectively communicates program outcomes
∎ Work with M&E teams to integrate findings into reports, emphasizing measurable impact
∎ Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders
∎ Train and mentor field staff on best practices in knowledge management, including data collection, analysis, and documentation skills

∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The purpose of the role is also to ensure that knowledge dissemination aligns with organizational and sector-wide priorities, including the integration of inclusion, gender, and empowerment principles. Through close collaboration with project teams, the Manager drives the enhancement of program quality and helps ensure that interventions produce meaningful and lasting outcomes for affected communities. This position is integral to creating a robust knowledge-sharing ecosystem that empowers the FSSL sector to contribute effectively to sustainable development goals
