∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Elevate BHP`s visibility to the donor community, facilitate the creation of quality behavior change communication materials, and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to collect, store, and disseminate knowledge effectively. The knowledge management and communication manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Identify, capture, and organize critical knowledge assets, including documents, best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual capital of the BRAC Health Programme
∎ Establish and maintain a knowledge management system for easy retrieval while ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date
∎ Provide support in developing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and ensure implementation
∎ Develop and maintain content management processes to ensure the accuracy and relevance of knowledge resources
∎ Develop knowledge-sharing platforms, databases, and other tools for facilitating knowledge exchange
∎ Promote a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the organization
∎ Maintain regular updates of the BHP website:
∎ Generate written and audio-visual content for the website
∎ Update a repository of technical resources on the website
∎ Conduct critical and systematic reviews of literature to support report writing and advocacy initiatives
∎ Analyze insights from BHP's implementation activities and draft reports to support operational decision-making, visibility, and advocacy
∎ Design and create written content (web content, blogs, articles, etc.) to elevate BHP's visibility to the donor community and support BHP's advocacy goals
∎ Liaise with the BRAC MEAL department as well as the central communications department to ensure compliance with BRAC learning documentation and communications guidelines
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on knowledge management activities.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
