∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Job analysis and manpower planning, Job placement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement total strategic plan for potential sources for pre-placement offers and proper execution.
∎ Responsibility to improve job placement quality, arise new opportunities.
∎ Regularly visit and monitor the opportunities.
∎ Instruct and monitor design and social media preference.
∎ Analyze and collect the job details and share with the students on time.
∎ Regularly build new scope with new clients and maintain relationship.
∎ Assure traveling, accommodation and such logistic support in different job fair.
∎ Maintain data base for desired candidates and as well as existing and future clients.
∎ Maintain scheduled work plan, assessment and report accordingly.
∎ Always keep up to date team about change job market.
