Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning and ensuring the maximum utilization of resources.
∎ To meet the production targets.
∎ To make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
∎ To work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ To detect and solve the problems by analyzing production process and quality control.
∎ Determine and implement the improvements of the production process.
∎ To prepare and maintain production reports.
∎ To monitor and review the performance of staffs and take necessary steps for improvement.
∎ To ensure safety guidelines, cleaning & housekeeping of the production floor as per SOPS.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge about plastic Injection Molds.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Should be healthy and energetic

Salary: Negotiable
