Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & production Engineer (IPE) from reputed organization.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sufficient knowledge on GSD/ PRO- SMV/ Lean manufacturing, production planning, target set up, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Applicant should aware of new method and implementation there to in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Plan with engineering methods.
∎ To spot out operations that delay schedule or alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
∎ Recommend changes to policy or procedure to increase efficiency.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Eliminating bottlenecks and improving methods bringing about simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Utilize the expertise of an industrial Engineering and run the department smoothly.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility.
∎ Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
∎ SMV calculation
∎ Layout Design
∎ Line Balancing
∎ Worker performance Measurement
∎ Prepare operation break down & machine layout
∎ Operator capacity checks & provide in line with balancing.
∎ Find out bottle neck and production study.
∎ Cause study against waste management according to analysis cut to ship ratio
∎ Prepare monthly efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing alter-return report, needle broken report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be honest, sincere and professional in the duties.
∎ Proficient in the necessary programs of Computer
Salary: Negotiable
