Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering (Will consider B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, provided sufficient experience in relevant Industry)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
production management (Cutting), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the IE Manager in monitoring & controlling IE and planning related activities of 100% export oriented textile factory.
∎ Determine production capacity and prepare schedule of production lines.
∎ Design & layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability.
∎ Test the skill and recruit operator as per policy.
∎ Piece rate justification by GSD.
∎ Follow up Kaizen activity as per Kaizen road map of the entire organization.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
∎ Direct workers engaged in product measurement, inspection and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
∎ Applying IE tools to find out standard time of each operation and rational the stitching method and find out pieces rate of those operations.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
∎ Generate different reports as or when required with correct information and maximum efficiency.
∎ Consistently following the policy and guideline of organization, auditor and buyer in each activity, task and practices of the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Standard communication skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Must have strong physical and mental strength to work in a target oriented, busy and under-pressure work environment.
