Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum "A" level or equivalent. Certificate in clothing industry will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Effective monthly production plan of the orders in construction and coordination with Marketing, Merchandising, Production & Management team.
∎ Analyzing the labour productivity of the factory & sewing lines.
∎ Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Set KPI & monitor performance of production related workers.
∎ Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
∎ Research & Development for samples prior to production start.
∎ Review the plan, manpower and efficiency on daily basis to ensure efficiency is achieved.
∎ Train and motivate IE team to improve their competencies.
