Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Industrial Engineer
∎ Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results or M.Sc./ B.Sc in Textile.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering, Production Management (Sewing), Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Scientific Layout & Operation bulletin make minimum 15 days ago for every style based on process, machine & man.
∎ • Line pre-production TNA from Risk analysis meeting to 1st Line output whole procedure ensure by IE Manager to smooth total production management.
∎ • Make ensure Change over time "0" for every style & lead the full COT team from beginning.
∎ • Line balancing ensure as per plan pick target for all styles from layout start by proper capacity study.
∎ • Learning Curve ensure for every style.
∎ • Thread & Accessories consumption confirm & submit to Merchant team.
∎ • Hourly production monitor & ensure production achievement minimum 90%.
∎ • Line wise low efficient & Defective area identify & give the solution.
∎ • Factory's efficiency ensure .
∎ • Daily earning ensure as per factory cost.
∎ • Operator's skill matrix update & ensure per line operator will be A great & have to know critical processes .
∎ • Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
∎ • Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ • Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ • Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ • Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures. Fine-tune process, suggest work aids and attachments.
∎ • To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
∎ • Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
∎ • Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ • Participate in the production planning.
∎ • Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ • Develop an IE team Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ • To co-ordinate with washing department for improving their working procedures.
∎ • Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in GSD environment/ GSD certificate.
∎ Verbal and written correspondence in English.
∎ Should have experience in the Washing, Inspection, Floor Management.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership ability.
∎ Well familiar with folders, all kind of work aids, operation, modification etc.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
