Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting production budget in fiscal year.
∎ Manage capacity expansion projection.
∎ Optimize cost per minutes and secure earn per minutes.
∎ Provide management view into process changes/automation resulting in increased measurable results.
∎ Create a smooth manufacturing process by re-engineering.
∎ Establish Kanban process in cutting section.
∎ Applying 5S, 7 wastages, Kaizen and apply VSM door to door.
∎ Monitoring QCO (Internal & External changeover).
∎ Maximum utilization of machine by prepare of records.
∎ Create a product family & make an effective plan by optimize learning curve.
∎ Make sure & monitoring pre-production activities (paper layout, improving line balancing efficiency, manpower selection with right skill, Folder attachment, special machine arrangement before feeding, critical process identification & monitoring training schedule if required).
∎ Reduce line’s run down & set up time in feeding.
∎ Provide right methods or work instruction to floor.
∎ Ensure method study, time study and motion economy.
∎ Follow-up bottlenecks operations and solve it.
∎ Monitoring KPI (Efficiency, Man to machine ratio, Non-productive time, Absenteeism, LTO, DHU).
∎ Route cause analysis for top three defects and reduce of DHU.
∎ Conduct of staff development (Training, coaching and monitoring)
∎ Reduce non-value added activities and reduce SMV.
∎ Make sure a Gantt chart to meat goal.
∎ Analyzing cost in every month along with MIS and based on CPM load the line’s efficiency.
∎ Lead the risk analysis meeting for upcoming month.
∎ Co-ordination with HR for training process.
