∎ Masters or BBA/MBA preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Plant HR strategies & policies aligned with corporate HR and overall Business objectives
∎ Ensure Environment Health Safety and IR related issue
∎ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary action and other administrative issues as per Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Liaison with local and other regulatory bodies for compliance activities
∎ Prepare yearly manpower budget after proper job analysis and coordinate with other department
∎ Ensure manpower support in different department through on time recruitment
∎ Asses training needs, design training calendar and arrange training accordingly
∎ Drive the reward & recognition and performance management system for plant employees
∎ Nurture a positive working environment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' of experience in the relevant industry with hands on experience in Plant HR
∎ Must have good advance excel knowledge, analytical ability, negotiation skills and decision making skill.
