∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for prepare/modify/update JDs including KPIs for each position to establish responsibility
∎ Responsible for preparing organogram for entire project
∎ Responsible for preparing various HR policies to ensure discipline within the organization
∎ Responsible for on-time recruitment of various level (worker/staff/officers)
∎ Responsible for completing job analysis and presenting manpower budget
∎ Ensure all employees receive required HR services at earliest (various letters, certificates etc)
∎ Leads payroll team for salary processing, account opening and other services
∎ Leads administration team which includes housekeeping, transport and security

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
