Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates with Bachelor/ Honors in any business major or any related subject to HRM from any public university are encouraged to apply. Having PGDHRM from BIM will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Expertise in MS Office, HR Strategies, Leadership and Coaching, Proactive and Positive attitude

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HR and compliance, Strategic HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification, Sourcing, and Selection of people to meet the needs of different departments of the organization. -Initiate and Implement budgeted hiring needs within the agreed timeline and quality.
∎ Developing and Running Organization and Functional Induction for all new hires.
∎ Tracking and monitoring periodically employee feedback on their experience of onboarding at the org.
∎ Developing and driving positive employee relationship Orientation for the ER team.
∎ Building counseling skills for the ER team, Supervisors, and Officers for each department.
∎ Designing and Implementing programmers to reduce instances of indiscipline.
∎ Designing and implementing specific recognition programs.
∎ Implementing and driving engagement surveys every year.
∎ Analyzing survey results, presenting to departments, and identifying specific programs to address low engagement scored areas.
∎ Building an engagement cross-functional team to action initiatives identified for correction.
∎ Rolling out "living the culture and Values" programs/initiatives across all departments.
∎ Providing inputs and complete implementation of identified automation of HR Operation Process.
∎ Setting and managing Key Result Areas (KRAs) /Key performance indicators (KPIs) / Goals for direct reports and providing periodic feedback on performance.
∎ Managing poor performance for the team early in the year and putting in place a performance improvement plan for poor performers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 90000 (Monthly)
