Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies, systems, tactics and procedures cross the organization.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR issue.
∎ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
∎ Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedures.
∎ Supervises team by communicating job expectations, appraising job results and maintain discipline within the team.
∎ Maintains Employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Leave, transfer, re-designation management.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum Ten (10) year's experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Readymix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Cement Etc.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
