Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists Top Management in the formulation/updating of Personnel Policies for Recruitment & Selection of factory workers, Job Grading & Salary Administration, Performance Management, Industrial peace and Grievance-handling, Employee Welfare & Benefits, Separation/ Attrition, General Administration etc.
∎ Co-ordinate and negotiate with Govt. and local bodies for the upkeep of industrial peace and employee safety.
∎ Smooth handling of local pressure group, local political leaders, local commissioner, MP and other Govt. agencies etc.
∎ Looks after the Transport Administration and Transport Maintenance & Driver management of the company.
∎ Prepare the preparation of "Full & Final Settlement papers" for all Worker, Staff & Mgt. during Dismiss, Discharge, Termination, Resignation etc. of the company.
∎ To organize the scrap selling of factory.
∎ Deals with day-to-day employee affairs at the Factories and ensures industrial peace through constant dialogue between Shop Floor managements and the workers.
∎ Looks after the Security activities of the factory & manage guards.
∎ Manage first-aid and welfare facilities and support & a safe workplace without risk & safety to health.
∎ Make Disciplinary action, Grievance handling, Holding of enquiry of misconduct cases, keeping in views the legal implications.
∎ Assist administratively for Production and other department for carry out their job smoothly.
∎ Need basis assist in implementing HR, Administration and Security system for the factory i.e. leave policy, Payroll/salary, Personal File Update, OT system, Attendance record keeping, uniform, medical facilities etc.
∎ Check OT calculation, attendance sheet & maintain time schedule.
∎ Check for accuracy in performance of the employee.
∎ Conducing training on Fire Safety, Health & Safety, labor law, and PPE.
∎ Supervision of Implementation and Execution of Labor Law and Labor rules Proficiency: Strong knowledge on Labor laws 2006 (Amendment-2013 and2018) labor rules-2015.
∎ Over all responsibility regarding Environmental laws 1997 & 1999, Structural, Fire, Electrical, Mechanical, Boiler & Generator chapters from Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CT-PAT).
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be Tech Savvy.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office management.
∎ Proficient in both English and Bangla written and verbal communication.
