∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing based company (Plastic, Rubber, Shoe factory, Food (Packaged)/Beverage etc).
∎ Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Excel).
∎ Have good knowledge about ERP .
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining factory petty cash , wages and records accordingly.
∎ Monitor bill voucher and payment with approval.
∎ Maintain daily basis cash management.
∎ Responsible for regularly submission of vouchers to corporate office.
∎ Responsible for sending fund requisition to corporate office.
∎ Responsible for maintaining cost center wise expenses and control the factory expenses according to the approved BP.
∎ Responsible for identifying, verifying and recording factory assets properly and maintaining factory assets schedule. accordingly.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective and accurate monthly inventory counting in the factory and analysis the root causes of deviation if any.
∎ Responsible for verifying and recording of the all kind of conveyance and other expenses regarding factory.
∎ Responsible for adequate provision for monthly expenses at the time of month closing and reconcile with actual expenses.
∎ Responsible for verification and review of daily good receipt note and the returned products at factory.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
