- Translate individual performance outcomes into measurable organizational results.

- Ensure business continuity by developing internal successors for key leadership positions.

- Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct performance analysis of the sales team and provide HR insights to support performance improvement.
- Monitor employee morale and motivation levels, and implement measures to enhance engagement.
- Initiate and coordinate HR-driven programs that support achievement of sales and organizational targets.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on people management.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee database management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, including HR software implementation and change management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and all legal requirements related to HR functions.
