Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure timely hiring of the right talent aligned with company culture, role expectations, and business needs to minimize position vacancy time.
  • Translate individual performance outcomes into measurable organizational results.
  • Identify high performers for recognition and low performers for development or corrective action to enhance overall workforce effectiveness.
  • Ensure business continuity by developing internal successors for key leadership positions.
  • Strengthen the employer brand by ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience from entry to exit.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
  • Conduct performance analysis of the sales team and provide HR insights to support performance improvement.
  • Monitor employee morale and motivation levels, and implement measures to enhance engagement.
  • Initiate and coordinate HR-driven programs that support achievement of sales and organizational targets.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on people management.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee database management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, including HR software implementation and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and all legal requirements related to HR functions.
