Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM is Preferable.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company
∎ Prepare short term and long term recruitment plan and budget as per the management vision and business plan for the year.
∎ Execute the full recruitment cycle including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and recruitment agencies
∎ Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels in terms of responsiveness, quality and cost.
∎ Reporting progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
∎ Monitoring the job market and prepare, analyse and summarise the main job market movements.
∎ Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Professional Networking for head hunt, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc., use Social Networking tools to tap talent.
∎ Matching candidates to vacancies to build a pool of potential applicants, screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
∎ Meeting targets for vacancies to be filled and ensure that people hired have the required skill, qualification and clean track record.
∎ Providing hands-on support to employees and managers to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness and ensuring compliance.
∎ Conducting orientation to new employees
∎ Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies as per state requirements; conducting investigations if necessary and maintaining records
∎ Maintaining attendance, leaves, payroll, compensation & benefits.
∎ Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline...
∎ Conducting training need analysis as well as design and implement a training plan with input from business heads while managing costs to budget.
∎ Continuously cooperate and suggest various department heads or team leaders with proper guidelines regarding how to comply according to company HR policies and regulations.
∎ Solve any employee grievance or disciplinary issue with composure, maturity, fairness and positive mindset and recommend appropriate HR measures, if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill, both written and oral
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with a service oriented mindset
∎ Proven ability in implementing HR practices and procedures consistent with the organizational culture
∎ Sound computer knowledge and skill in MS Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and employment related rules and regulations
∎ Ability to handle employee grievances with composure, maturity and promptness to deter situational aggravation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours particularly during salary processing dates.
∎ Capable of independently running all HR activities of the company with support from departmental colleagues.
∎ A patient listener with a natural flair in keeping employees motivated and smiling and the company's job environment vibrant
∎ Works collaboratively in a team demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to provide guidance and assistance to all levels of employees
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build and maintain morale, and increase productivity and retention.
∎ Experience of working in a similar position for any reputed real estate company will add weight to the candidate's profile.
∎ Immediate joiner would be preferred
