Role Overview:
The Customer Service Executive/ Sr. Executive plays a pivotal role in managing direct relationships with existing customers in our real estate company, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and issue resolution. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Executives will navigate various customer accounts, addressing concerns effectively and efficiently, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in managing client expectations. Additionally, working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader is essential for reporting customer feedback and insights, contributing to overall service improvement and client retention efforts.
