Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing recruitment process
∎ Manpower planning and forecasting
∎ Responsible for organizational development
∎ Responsible to make and implement Compliance polices as per local law
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act in Bangladesh
∎ Responsible for salary management (including budget)
∎ Responsible for leave & attendance management
∎ Responsible for managing employee benefits and caring for employees
∎ Implement HR programs by providing HR services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, statutory compliance and labor relations
∎ Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information
∎ Maintain and regularly update the HR database
∎ Plan for training and development of employee and ensure to conduct sessions; hire outside resource if needed
∎ Other tasks assigned by management
