Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and put into action HR plans and strategies to assist in achieving overall business and operational goals.
∎ Manage personnel sourcing, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, remuneration, and benefits, and provide overall leadership and direction to the factory’s HR function.
∎ Work together with senior leadership to comprehend the organization's hiring, recruiting, and retention objectives and strategies.
∎ Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, process training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
∎ Manage the management of human resource programs, such as remuneration, benefits, and leave; disciplinary actions; disagreements and investigations; performance and talent management; morale and productivity; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
∎ Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
∎ Build effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define and lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals.
∎ Develop the learning and training culture and act as the key player for different L&D programs and activities.
∎ Establish an appropriate chain of command and organizational hierarchy, as well as a manpower budget aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Assist with the establishment of corporate, departmental, and individual KPIs to build a contemporary PMS system.
∎ Oversee and assist different functional leaders as well as line managers to formulate and develop different SOPs and work processes.
∎ Assist management in the effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Resolve employees' grievances, and stress in a proactive manner
∎ Ensure logistic and administrative support to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operations in safety, hygiene, and environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made Garments Sector.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.

Salary: Negotiable
