∎ Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex.
∎ Strong knowledge of pattern-making, marker-making, and garment production processes.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the CAD team in developing accurate patterns and layouts for outerwear products, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and design requirements.
∎ Optimize marker efficiency and fabric utilization to minimize wastage while maintaining quality.
∎ Oversee pattern adjustments and modifications based on client feedback, production constraints, and quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with the design, sampling, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow from concept to production.
∎ Implement and maintain best practices in CAD software usage and marker-making techniques.
∎ Analyze production challenges and propose CAD-based solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Train and mentor CAD team members to enhance their skills and ensure high team performance.
∎ Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and trends in the RMG industry to recommend process improvements.
