Skills Required: Accord or RSC Audit,BSCI,Buyer COC,Compliance,Compliance Audit,HR Policies,Labor Law

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 47 years
  • Strong knowledge on labor law, social compliance, and various audit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with BSCI, WRAP and ACCORD (RSC) and Buyer CoC.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR & Compliance strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR, Admin & Compliance perspective.
  • Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to meet staffing needs, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity.
  • Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional way.
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs.

Compliance & Labor Law:

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and buyer representatives to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.

Administration:

  • Oversee general administration, facility management and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, retention, and productivity.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and training for staff.
  • Promote ethical behavior, a culture of accountability, and adherence to company values.

Team Development:

  • Lead and develop the HR and Admin team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
