Skills Required: Accord or RSC Audit,BSCI,Buyer COC,Compliance,Compliance Audit,HR Policies,Labor Law
Additional Requirements: - Strong knowledge on labor law, social compliance, and various audit requirements.
- Hands-on experience with BSCI, WRAP and ACCORD (RSC) and Buyer CoC.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement HR & Compliance strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR, Admin & Compliance perspective.
- Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to meet staffing needs, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
- Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity.
- Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional way.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs.
Compliance & Labor Law:
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and buyer representatives to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
- Manage salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.
Administration:
- Oversee general administration, facility management and workplace safety initiatives.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, retention, and productivity.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance & Ethics:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and training for staff.
- Promote ethical behavior, a culture of accountability, and adherence to company values.
Team Development:
- Lead and develop the HR and Admin team to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
