Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitoring the whole process of order execution from order placement to order shipment.
- Regular communication with buyers and inform them of the up-to-date status of the orders every day.
- Preparing TNA and effectively follow-up the work process as per TNA on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity as per buyers’ requirements.
- Monitoring the quality and completeness of products closely with the quality team.
- Maintaining a good & healthy relationship with suppliers and factories through effective communication regularly.
- Assist the team leader in providing all necessary information to maintain and develop working methods efficiently.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
