Responsibilities & Context:
Look after overall quality of garments division according to different buyer requirements.
Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.
Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.
Lead the full quality team in garments division.
Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.
Need to have vast knowledge in knit fabrics and garments.
Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.
Coordinate with quality section of Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and fabrics as well for smooth production.
Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
