∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employment & Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Design and implement integrated talent management processes, systems and programs -Employee Training and Development, Career and Succession Planning.
∎ Sustainable Compliance Development: Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to Compliance Department. Maintains knowledge of similar industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance. Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Performance Management: To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with management requirements.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Make recommendation on compensation design and strategy. Develop and communicate compensation policy. Manage cost/benefit. Optimize HR Infrastructure for payroll, data access, analysis and reporting (HRIS). Managing employee data and records management.
∎ Policy Development & Implementation: Analyze company's existing policies and procedures, Preparing Gap analysis, coordinate with management and staff, play key role in policy and process improvement & its successful implementations.
∎ Organizational Development: Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Employee Relations / Labor Relations: Provide employee/labor relations support to- Develop policies to assure fairness and equality throughout organization, Coordinate with several federation/parties leaders on labor issues. Lead in Labor Relations, Negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements.
∎ Any other Job assigned by the management.
