Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Design and implement training and development programs.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date.
Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related queries.
