  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management.

  • Graduation/Post Graduation with PGD in HRM.

  • Fluent Chinese is preferred,HSK-4

Proven experience as HR manager.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, job posting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Establish the HR team, systems, and processes at WellMed in accordance with our Group Standards.

  • Develop safety guidelines for factory and warehouse workers to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and certifications such as ISO 13485 , BSCI, and others.

  • Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Assist factory management in creating work plans and shift schedules for workers.

  • Develop training programs for workers and staff to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality awareness.

  • Monitor employee performance and support career path development.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the company.

  • Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.

  • Organize and manage various factory audits to meet customer social, environmental, technical, and quality requirements.

  • Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with local and other relevant regulations.

  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and resolve them effectively.

  • Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
