Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering.

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in chemistry.

• Graduate in Textile Manufacturing / Textile Engineering from a well reputed institute. 

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Age At least 28 years

• PPE and Pharmaceutical industry quality personnel will be preferable.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Quality Planning & Supervision

• Implement the quality plan and ensure all garments meet buyer requirements.

• Supervise and guide line inspectors, end-line checkers, and quality controllers.

• Conduct pre-production meetings with production and merchandising teams to discuss quality requirements.

• Ensure all machines, trims, and accessories are approved before bulk production.

In-line & End-line Inspection

• Monitor in-line inspections at each stage (cutting, sewing, finishing).

• Ensure defect detection and correction during process to reduce rejection rate.

• Analyze defect types and provide corrective actions to production supervisors.

• Ensure that critical operations (like stitching, measurement, label attachment) follow approved standards.

Final Inspection & AQL System

• Supervise final inspection as per buyer’s AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard.

• Ensure packing, measurement, and presentation meet buyer expectations.

• Prepare and submit inspection reports to the Quality Manager and Merchandising.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all inspection reports, quality records, and audit files properly.

• Prepare daily quality reports, defect summaries, and corrective action reports.

• Support internal and external (buyer/third-party) audits with necessary data and samples.

Training & Development

• Train QC/QA staff and production operators on quality standards and techniques.

• Conduct awareness sessions on common defects and root cause analysis.

• Develop and update quality checklists and SOPs.
