Job Context:
∎ The Human Resources Manager position will be based in the STELLA HAIR PRODUCTS COM. LTD located in Ishwardi EPZ ,Paksey. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the managing and operation of the personnel department of the STELLA HAIR PRODUCTS COM. LTD.
∎ Job Location : Ishwardi Export Processing Zone,Paksey

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle HR, Recruiting (Hiring and firing), personal filing and admin related job.
∎ Responsible for day to day operation and overall management of the Human Resources Department.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Develop the overall HR strategy, Design and review the organization structure and ensure that the Plans are suitably modified to fulfill the business needs.
∎ Work closely to all employees to identify key talent and development plans for each talent.
∎ Actively build and maintain a cordial relationship with BEPZA and Heads of HR of other companies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ 10 years more experience will get preferred.
∎ Experience in EPZ is priority though not Mandatory
∎ The applicants Must have minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Admin (Manager)
∎ English speaking & writing must.
∎ Good knowledge in computer
∎ Must be loyal and honest to company.
∎ Morality character is most important.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
∎ Leadership quality with a positive attitude.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Having the sense of urgency.
