∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and Cleaning department.
∎ Organizing warehouse, control of factory's store and distribution.
∎ Responding to any issues or complaints.
∎ Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
∎ Evaluating budgets and expenditures for the logistics department.
∎ Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
∎ Ensuring all operations adhere to laws and BEPZA guidelines requirements.
∎ Supervising local purchases and analysis price related issues.
∎ Searching production requirement utilities & support immediately
∎ Updating fire license and equipment as per law.
∎ Properly maintaining garbage management
∎ Follow up on foreigner logistics and protocol support.
∎ Supervising Factory's Maintenance and electrical department to help the Production dept.
∎ Planning & arrangement of Vehicles based on regular plans & ensure logistics support as per Vehicle regular schedule.
∎ Monitoring Utility bills like water, electricity, gas, etc. & cross-check with actual consumption.
∎ Follow up Boiler and ETP operation.
∎ Tactfully handle problems while facing a critical situation.
∎ Maintain all registers & documents of the transport department.
∎ Support and assist foreign colleagues facing any issues on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring proper cooking arrangements and foreigners' residential-related issues' support.
∎ Arrange and support of Company's event/function management.
∎ Arranging to construct or repair boiler, production oven, canteen, water pump or ETP, etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge of BEPZA Guidelines
∎ Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
∎ Solid understanding of logistics management system

Salary: Negotiable
