Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all supervisors and employees;
∎ Ensure availability of effective mechanism for selection and placement of suitable persons in the job positions to increase job efficiency.
∎ Monitor probationary period of new employees and issuance of confirmation letter based on their line manager's recommendation with proper financial break up as per company rules.
∎ Check & Control attendance, OT hours, leave records accurate and prepare statement accordingly as well as in time & smooth disbursement of salary.
∎ The candidate should be skilled on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country.
∎ Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line with company's policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company.
∎ Represent the company in all matter of mutual interest with labor unions, Employers' Association and Govt. agencies responsible for administering matters related to union handling and labor dispute related issues;
∎ Lead HRMIS and ensure smooth operations across Organization.
∎ Lead and monitor Security and Transport department.
∎ Ensure necessary compliance with Labour Law;
∎ Address employee related issues such as grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law and company policies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Decision making ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications
