Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Developing & implementing HR & admin policies, rules and regulation as per industry best practices.
∎ # Direct & Control overall HR, Administration and Compliance.
∎ # Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ # Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment;
∎ # Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ # Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
∎ # Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
∎ # Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
∎ # Coordinate other HR & Admin operational works as per requirement.
∎ # Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR/Admin Department.

∎ Good written and spoken in Bangla & English and Report writing.
