Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HR will be more preferable.
∎ Candidate having working experience with C&A and LPP will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and prepare factories for handling different audits like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP Accord and Alliance, along with other social / ethical/ environmental / Technical audit etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different buyer's code of conduct.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct (Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues) etc.
∎ Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, labor office, labor court, BGMEA, Police station, local influence & labor organization.
∎ To follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ To lead a team and to be skilled them, to identify and solve any sort of problem.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry will get preference
∎ Must have working experience in HR, Admin & Compliance with reputed Sweater Industries.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor law & various compliance related issues, COC of different reputed buyers and implementation of those in the factory.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet Browsing, and Microsoft Office Program is must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.

Salary: Negotiable
