  • Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and a good Team Leader.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Compliance Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, dedicated and able to perform independently and willing to work in a team environment.
  • The aspirant must possess effective communication & motivational skills, be a hand-on decision maker with a dynamic approach.

Responsibilities & Context:

PNG (BD) Limited is a forward thinking, dynamic conglomerate looking for an honest, dynamic and experienced individual as Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) for managing it's current and future workforce.

Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:

  • Recruitment & Selection Process.
  • Leave & Attendance Management.
  • Checking Safety & Health Issues.
  • Prepare Salary & Bonus sheet
  • Preparing & Monitor the compliance related work such as workers health checkup, fire, electrical & structural safety work, company policy making & audit related work.
  • Make Co-ordination between workers & Management.
  • Responsible for Implementation of factory Code of Conduct.
  • Properly handling all kinds of social, compliance & technical audit.
  • Grievance Handling.
  • Different types of Letter Issued
  • Maintain workers & employees personal records.
  • Disciplining workers & employees in accordance with existing Laws.
  • Communicate & Co-ordinate with different department & section.
  • Regular visit the floor.
  • Training & development of workers & employees.
  • Monitor & Checking the Factory Security Systems.
  • Monitor & Checking the Medical Center & Arrange Medicine as per doctor/nurse demand.
  • Regular checking the Canteen & solve the problems.
  • Monitoring & checking the company Transport.
  • Manage Transport & Transport related works.
  • Manage all Canteen related Works.
  • Arrange PPE for workers (mask, uniform, scarf etc.) and issue different types of stationery items as per production people demand
  • Different types of report making as per management requirements
  • Supervise, monitor & controlled the HR, Admin & Compliance Team for implementing all HR, Admin & Compliance functions.
