Responsibilities & Context:
- Calculate product costs based on fabric, accessories, labor, and overhead by style
- Analyze the hat process structure and calculate SMV-based labor costs (FOB/CM)
- Prepare and respond to buyer-specific cost breakdowns
- Lead cost reduction initiatives, including improving cutting and sewing efficiency
- Analyze cost variations during mass production
- Create BOMs and verify unit prices
- Monitor and manage cost variations from sample stage to PPS and bulk production
