• Oversee all store-related activities, including material inward, proper placement, allocation of compatible storage locations, stock-taking, and other inventory management tasks.

• Monitor bonded warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in inventory management software.

• Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) promptly and ensure timely documentation.

• Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual inventory statements and reports.

• Receive and distribute store materials in accordance with the operational requirements of the plant.

• Ensure accurate recording of all material transactions, including stock in/out movements within the warehouse.

• Supervise warehouse activities to guarantee safe, efficient, and correct storage of goods while optimizing warehouse space utilization.

• Prepare Store Purchase Requisitions (SPR) as needed.

• Maintain all necessary records, registers, ledgers, and inventory BIN cards to ensure traceability and compliance.

• Any Other task assigned by Management
