Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance or PGD in HRM will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintain of all HR & Admin affairs of Factory as per polices, local laws & international standards.
∎ You will be responsible for the implementation of HR policies and systems in alignment with the Group HR practices in the factory.
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review the best practices.
∎ Monitor payroll policy of factory to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly through software.
∎ To monitor, review and develop KPIs for the factory.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin/HR activities.
∎ Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments and procedures.
∎ To review organogram as per requirement and monitor factory wise manpower status.
∎ Ensure the implementation of talent management and Employee relation activities to build up real healthy work environment.
∎ Assess & identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and update internal training activities and explore external trainers and training organizations for employee capacity development.
∎ Undertake different workshop and training activities to inspire employees in support of organizations vision, mission and values.
∎ Initiates for the learning & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the company.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues, conduct trainings with our suppliers and their workforce regarding human- environmental rights and grievance mechanisms. Also arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance and monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory, take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Follow up the management of recruitment, working environment & working conditions, leave, dispute, training, appraisal and compensation.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard performance appraisal system.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the factory.
∎ Efficiently resolve all Compliance issues, maintain healthy & safe working environment and be prepared for audit at any time.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Admin and Compliance: General HR
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge on Labor Laws, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development of different sectors.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill in order to supervise and inspire team member.
∎ Strong communicative and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be familiar in the MS office package.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a stressful situation.
