∎ Plan and direct recruitment & selection of new workforce as well as new employee orientation
∎ Plan and conduct training and development for the employee's skill development
∎ Formulate SOPS, Policies, and HR Strategies and drive the organizational development process.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures with compliance of Labor Law and other laws relevant to the RMG sector.
∎ Liaison with BGMEA, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, etc.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Act as an HR partner to the management team, counseling on human issues, talent acquisition/development with agility.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Experience in a woven manufacturing factory will be an added advantage.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
