Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
∎ Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
∎ Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training.
∎ Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
∎ Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling training products and services
∎ Control and manage training expenses and ensure they are within annual program budget allocated.
∎ Periodically prepare, present and review program changes, feedback and updates with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
∎ Supervise the Trainers/Instructors and ensure their compliance with the set standards
∎ Ensure The Quality of Training Program by receiving feedback from the trainer's team, trainees/student, course evaluation, pre-posttest exam, clinical target file, performance result.
∎ Actively Participate of all type of TC Activities: field visit with the student, Day observation etc.
∎ Develop training strategies based on employee training aligning with organizational and individual requirement. Builds and implements long range training plans..
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
