Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison for NGOAB :
∎ Liaison & ensure relevant FD's and FC's of sectors complying with NGOAB policy and procedures
∎ Liaison & ensure documents for NOC/ Certification include project completion report, audit report
∎ Liaison & ensure process of approvals for NOC/Certifications
∎ Facilitate session with sector to build knowledge on government approval process and requirement for the quality of FDs includes budget preparation
∎ Liaison with BRAC district coordinator for events and networking with DC and UNO
∎ Networking with Government Relationship
∎ Ensure lessons learned, proposed corrective actions, adaptations and innovations for government relationship
∎ Facilitate government relations, ensure ongoing relationship management and government visit facilitation.
∎ Advocacy:
∎ Contribute to data collection, analysis and advocacy regarding the regulatory environment and impact on NGOs
∎ Contribute to advising the HCMP Leadership team about the issues and policy concerning the respective fields
∎ As required, contribute to provision of technical support to authorities regarding development of policies and procedures relevant to NGO operations;
∎ Attend all meetings organized by DC, UNO, RRRC and CiC and submit relevant reports on time.
∎ Administration and Reporting:
∎ Submit financial & narrative reports for NGOAB projects by the support of Programme and Finance
∎ Maintain and periodically share the status of FD6/ FD7/ FC1, FD4 through a tracker by coordination with Grants & Finance Team and updates follow up on the status of different files, reports, NOC/certifications and audit
∎ Contribute to establishment and maintenance of up-to-date contacts and related rules, regulations database published by NGOAB, DC and RRRC.
∎ Safeguarding:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in strategic planning, programme development, Budget, FD7, FD6 etc.
∎ Knowledge and experience of dealing with RRRC, CiC, UNO and other Government Officials.
∎ Knowledge of public relations.
∎ Ability to think strategically and translate that thinking into action plans that accomplish goals
∎ Ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building.
∎ Ability to analyze multiple processes and systems simultaneously.
∎ Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
∎ Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people.
∎ Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with partners.
∎ Aptitude of prompt problem solving.
